Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GliderCare app and website. By using GliderCare, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GliderCare. If you are using GliderCare on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GliderCare.

The service

GliderCare is a care management app for sugar glider owners. It helps you track diet, weight, colony profiles, and pedigree. It is an organisational and informational tool — not a veterinary service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account. Specifically:

• Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person — do not create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• Notify us immediately at hello@glidercare.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions & billing

GliderCare Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. GliderCare does not process payment directly — Apple and Google handle all billing.

A 7-day free trial is available for new Premium subscribers. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins at the current plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation must be done through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. GliderCare is unable to issue refunds directly.

• Free plan: available at no charge, with limits on glider count and history retention
• Premium monthly: billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Premium annual: billed annually, saves approximately 40% versus monthly

Acceptable use

Use GliderCare for the care of your own animals. You agree not to:

• Use GliderCare for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from GliderCare by automated means
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to GliderCare
• Impersonate another person or create accounts under false pretences

Content ownership

You own the glider data you enter into GliderCare. By using the service, you grant GliderCare a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than running the service.

To request deletion or export of your data, email us at hello@glidercare.app or submit a data deletion request.

Disclaimers

GliderCare is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GliderCare and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent — we cannot recover your data after the 30-day purge window closes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of GliderCare after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
